| Origin / History | .The "Selles sur Cher"
is only produced in small natural areas located south of Loire river, where the climate is
mild : Sologne, Touraine, champagne Berrichonne. .The taste is so fine that we understand why kings settled in the Loire and Cher rivers valleys. |
| Choice | .Ripe or plain, ashed or not, the
dominant flavour is hazelnut, knowing that most of people eat it when the Selles blooms in
blue. .Best seasons : end of spring, summer and fall. |
