Origin / History	.The "Valençay" is exclusively produced in Champagne berrichone and Indre areas .Despite a short history starting in the end of XIXth century, the quality has been constantly upgraded, until reach a summit : thaht's why we can call it the Prince of the Pyramids to make a comparaison with the Prince of Talleyrand, who lived in Valençay during the Empire period.
Choice	.Soft taste recalling hazelnuts, after a 4 to 5 weeks of maturation in cellar .Best seasons: all year long
